Embark on a captivating journey to the historic Cu Chi Tunnels with a scenic speedboat ride along the Saigon River. This one-hour cruise offers a refreshing and picturesque alternative to traditional road travel, allowing you to admire the contrast between Saigon’s modern skyline and the peaceful riverside countryside. Along the way, take in the daily life on the riverbanks, where fishermen cast their nets and villages bustle with activity. Upon your return, you'll have the option to be conveniently dropped off at the War Remnants Museum, Ben Thanh Market, or directly at your hotel in District 1.
Upon arrival at Cu Chi, step back in time as you descend into a vast underground network used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. Explore a maze of narrow tunnels that once served as trap-laden corridors, storage facilities, weapons workshops, kitchens, and even field hospitals. These carefully hidden passageways reveal the remarkable resilience and resourcefulness of those who lived and fought here. To enhance the authenticity of the experience, you’ll also have the chance to taste cassava—the humble yet sustaining food that fueled the fighters during wartime.

Had an amazing time on our halfday tour exploring the cu chi tunnels, our tour guide T was incredible and made the experience all the more enjoyable, he was extremely knowledgeable and relatable and we thoroughly enjoyed our day with him, the boat ride was lovely and the lunch was incredible, much better than we expected. Highly highly recommend, absolutely worth it 👌

What an incredible day! Thank you so much and thank you for sending JP as our guide. He was knowledgeable, engaging and passionate about his country, we could not have wished for a better guide, we really had a very special day. We had booked Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta, we did Tunnels in the morning and Mekong in the afternoon. The Mekong was just a fabulous experience and the whole day was made better by being on the speedboat and by the super service from JP. The people we met in the Mekong, the kindness, the beauty will stay with me for a long time. Thank you again and please pass on our thanks to JP for looking after us so well

We did the speed boat cruise and Cu Chi Tunnels this morning and really loved the experience. Our guide, Den, was so knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He took the time to thoroughly explain various parts and we never felt rushed. He kept us well hydrated and fed - the lunch on a pretty island was particularly delicious. Den even went so far as to give recommendations of other things to do around Ho Chi Minh. Thank you Den, our speedboat driver (much more fun than sitting on a bus) and Fisheye Tours for a fabulous morning.

We booked Cu Chi tunnels tour by speed boat and it was a great way to avoid Saigon traffic. We were picked up directly from the hotel. The boat ride was about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Small breakfast ( fruits, cookies, croissants and drinks) was served during the ride. The Cu Chi place itself is very interesting and offered a great insight into the consequences of the war and how the tunnels and terrain were used during the war. This is a must place to visit for any history lovers while traveling in Vietnam. Our guide, Den, was fantastic!! He is passionate about Vietnam and the history of the war and very knowledgeable. After Cu Chi tunnels tour we were brought by boat to lovely area for a lunch. The place was very nice and the food delicious. The tour was very well organized and communication with provider very good. We booked online and communicated through the WhatsApp. I recommend the tour by speed boat to safe the time and avoid busy streets of Saigon.

The experience was amazing because our daughter made GOOD friends with one of the tour guides called Emmie, who was very nice. The guides are VERY nice, Emmie and Den will take good care of you. You will get to see a lot of stuff and take very nice photos. We all loved it on the boat because it was not bumpy and not likely to get sea sick! Way faster and relaxing than a car stuck in the traffic jams. They always kept us hydrated such as offering water all the time. Very clean and tidy with wipes for keeping hands clean. My daughter enjoyed it the most because of her experience with her guide Emmie. Shout out to Emmie, the best. You get to learn new things and make new friends. Our family will DEFINITELY recommend this trip to Meekong Delta River and the village around it. Thankyou so much to our tour guides Emmie and Den!
